  • At Ralakde we have trained technicians who have undergone rigorous training to ensure that they handle each mobile repair well with their expertise. We deliver service 24/7 and at prices that are unbeatable. Booking a repair with us is simple and you can pay online. You get free postage to send your devices to us and there is one year warranty on most repairs. You can check our terms and conditions before you start business with us.

  • At Ralakde we understand the importance of your mobile phone and hence deliver efficient and speedy service. After receiving your device most repairs are completed within 24 to 48 hours. However, if there are complications it may require some more time. Like for liquid damage we may need more time. You can track the status of your mobile repair easily in case of delay.

  • Login to your account and check the status of the repair online

  • Before you send your device to us you should take back up of your phone data and reset your mobile to original factor settings. It will ensure the safety of your data and we can also test your device after repairing it without impeding your privacy. Please remove any pins or passwords so that our technicians can complete the work without delay.

  • We return your device free of charge and to protect it during the journey we send it in a specially designed box. To know the status of your mobile you can keep tracking your order. We only deliver free in the mainland UK, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. For other overseas location you will be charged for postal delivery.

  • You don't need an account to place an order, but we would recommend that you should create one so that you could check the update on your device.

  • On most repairs you get a warranty of 12 months. Please go through terms and conditions to know in details.

  • After you have made the order online, you will receive an email where you will have an order id as well as our address, include your order id with the parcel and post it to us with your own tracked postage via post office or you could contact us for a pre-paid postage label.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards and also through PayPal.

  • You need to pay us during the booking process. You could also pay after the repair is complete and before dispatch.

  • Of course, you can opt out our diagnostic service for getting your mobile checked thoroughly.

  • Yes, we have at Ralakde Unit 56, Winpenny road, Parkhouse industrial estate east, ST5 7RH Newcastle Under Lyme area, you don’t need any appointment, you could just turn up to get your device fixed.

  • We mainly deal with UK customers. Apart from that we also provide service to international customers where the postage is bear by them.

  • There are fraudulent activities and we have intelligent fraud detection system. In case there is any fraudulent activity related to any order, we ask for additional information for validating the order. This is to protect our customers and us.

  • Never! Moreover, it is impossible with Google, Facebook and Trust Pilot. At Ralakde we welcome every review from our customer, whether they are good or bad. According to terms and condition of Trust Pilot we may put down some negative review so that we can check out the problem and resolve it. It gets posted back automatically until the customer removes it themselves.

  • This means after your device reached us we were unable to test it for any reasons. Some of such reasons can be damage of the LCD screen that stopped us viewing the screen or the device was password protected.

  • It shows that there is no change in the status of the repair of your device after last update. It may be due to wait for some parts or it is with technician. If you want you can get in touch with us.
