Cosmetically the phone does show signs of wear and tear, namely light to deep scratches. But no Cracks.May also have some screen, Burns. POOR - Fully tested and working supplied with our comprehensive 90 Days Parts & Labour Warranty Guarantee. We have classified the cosmetic condition of this handset as ‘Poor’ and therefore the phone will show signs of heavy wear and tear and will have scratches, scuffs, cracks and chips.
